What is a Symbian?
The Sybian is a sex machine, primarily intended to be used by women.
The Sybian consists of a saddle-like base and a motor that moves a rod, which protrudes slightly through the top of the saddle. Rubber attachments can be placed on this rod, which, through the rod's movement and vibrations, stimulate the vagina, clitoris, and optionally the anus. The speed can be controlled via a remote.
A Sybian The machine was developed in the United States by inventor David Lampert, who conceived the concept in the 1970s and arrived at a first prototype in 1985, after which the first model was delivered starting in late 1987.
During the development phase, the device was called the Master Better, but ultimately the name Sybian was chosen, named after the ancient Greek city of Sybaris in southern Italy, whose inhabitants had a reputation as "decadent voluptuaries."
Lampert received a Lifetime Achievement Award for his work at the 2016 AVN 'O' Awards. In the media, host Howard Stern has discussed the Sybian multiple times on his program, The Howard Stern Show, and invited guests to use the sex machine during the broadcast. Among those who participated were Nadya Suleman (better known as "Octomom"), actresses Carmen Electra and Heather Locklear, and porn actresses Lupe Fuentes and Jenna Jameson.
When do you use lubricant?
Do you suffer from vaginal dryness? Lubricant can help you boost your sex life. But even if you don't suffer from this, lubricant can increase pleasure and enjoyment between the sheets.
When do you use lubricant?
Lubricant is a gel or liquid that you can apply to your intimate parts during sex to make sex easier and to increase pleasure and enjoyment. When you are sexually aroused, your body will ensure that your vagina becomes naturally moist. This natural moisture can decrease for various reasons, such as stress, taking certain medications, hormonal fluctuations, menopause, etc. Lubricant can certainly come in handy in these situations. Even without vaginal dryness, you can use lubricant to provide an extra sensation between you and your partner.
How do you use lubricant?
When and how much lubricant you apply depends on your personal preference. Find out for yourself what you like. Is this your first time trying lubricant? Start with a small amount on your fingertips and apply it to the desired areas around your intimate parts. If you notice that the vagina can feel drier again, you can always add extra lubricant.
What is a good lubricant?
Due to the extensive choice of lubricants, it is sometimes difficult to choose which one suits your needs. Most lubricants are based on water or silicone. In addition to this, you can also choose between different flavors or even lubricants that are extra stimulating. For example, there are lubricants that can give a warming, cooling or tingling effect.
When you a sensitive skin If you have one, you might as well choose a lubricant with few ingredients. Some lubricants can cause an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients, resulting in itching. If you regularly suffer from a vaginal yeast infection you better choose a lubricant without glycerine. If you notice any irritation, rinse well with lukewarm water, without soap.
Water based lubricant
Water-based lubricants have a light, non-sticky texture and do not leave stains on clothes or sheets. They have the most natural feel, are usually skin-friendly and do not disrupt vaginal pH balance. The only downside is that they dry out after a while, so you will need to apply some extra lubricant.
Silicone based lubricant
Ideal for long lasting enjoyment. A silicone based lubricant has a thicker structure so it is not quickly absorbed by the skin, which makes it last much longer than a water-based lubricant. When using silicone-based lubricant, you should keep in mind that you cannot use it in combination with sex toys, because it can damage the rubber of the sex toys.
Vaseline and an oil-based lubricant
Vaseline or oil-based lubricants are usually not suitable as vaginal lubricants. They can cause irritation and infections, damage sex toys, stain and even break a condom.

Lubricant during and after menopause
During and after menopause, most women experience vaginal dryness. As estrogen production decreases, your mucous membranes dry out. Unfortunately, this can have a major impact on your sex life. Sex can be painful, making it harder to enjoy. Using a lubricant or moisturizing cream could be the solution for this. -
Lubricant and getting pregnant
Are you trying to get pregnant? The best lubricant for sperm to survive is the woman's vaginal fluid because it has the ideal pH value. Most lubricants can disrupt the pH value in the vagina, which can reduce the chance of pregnancy. Lubricant can therefore affect the motility and quality of sperm cells. When using a lubricant when trying to conceive, it is best to look for a lubricant that does not disrupt the natural pH value so that the sperm cells retain their optimal quality. Most water-based lubricants do not disrupt the vaginal pH balance. -
Massage
